Artwork will be packaged (not crated) for shipping.
A flat rate of $75 CAD applies for items shipped within Canada. This is added to the purchase price (for each piece) and applies regardless of the size and weight of the packaged artwork. You will receive a tracking number to track the status of your shipment. If the art is damaged when you receive it, immediately contact us at info@michaelcartist.com for further instructions. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiting of any credit.
For shipping outside of Canada, the purchaser is responsible for shipment of goods and all associated costs. Contact us at info@michaelcartist.com regarding arrangements. Please note that the cost of shipping is dependent on the size and weight of the packaged artwork, the delivery location, delivery timeline and shipping insurance costs (optional).
Product will be shipped/released after payment is received in full.
No returns. Exchanges only within 30 days of the purchase date pending approval.
