ROUGE VALLEY I
Mixed Media, 15 x 19 inches
This work was inspired by a late day walk near the mouth of the Rouge River in Rouge National Urban Park in Ontario. This bank of trees near the shoreline was blowing in the wind and the surf was washing up.
“If your attitude is negligent, if you are not awake to the possibilities you will not see them. Nature does not reveal herself to the negligent.” – Robert Henri (1865-1929)
