This work was inspired by a waterfall in Ontario. The low water level at the time of my visit revealed rock formations normally not visible when water levels are higher. I liked the way the various streams of water navigated around and tumbled across several rock outcroppings. I wanted to capture how the water’s path spread and found its way down to the bottom of the falls where it pooled.

  • “In every human being there is the artist, and whatever his activity, he has an equal chance with any to express the result of his growth and his contact with life. I don’t believe any real artist cares whether what he does is “art” or not. Who, after all, knows what is art?” – Robert Henri (1865-1929)
